Show the smartphone voucher at the store's reception
Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
Last admission: 45 minutes before closing
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Please note the store hours. Rentals must be returned by store closing:
April–October: 8 AM–8 PM
November–March: 9 AM–5 PM
All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own
No guest under 18 will be given a bike without the presence of an adult over 18
