Please arrive at the Mercedes-Benz Brand Center 15 minutes before the experience
Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the meeting point
Children between the ages of 10 and 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian
For safety reasons, all passengers must be at least 145 cm tall

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:58, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:58 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
