Reviews: Vienna: Panoramic Night Tour by Bus

The bus windows were fogged up, making it difficult to see. Even wiping them several times didn't help, which was a real shame.

Our guide Andy was excellent! He was engaging, knowledgeable, and showed us the high points of the palace and museum.
Reviews: Vienna 3, 4 or 5-Attraction Pass: Schönbrunn, Belvedere, Bus

What needs improvement is that each activity should be accessible via QR code, not paper tickets. In our case, at the castle entrance, they took both our castle tickets and our bus tickets... oops! So then it was complicated to catch the bus again.
Reviews: Vienna: City Bus Tour, Schönbrunn Palace Skip-the-Line Entry
Guest User2025-11-29
The tour went exactly as described. We followed the explanations in English. The bus ride was smooth. Then we had 40 minutes for a quick tour of the gardens and the Christmas market. Note that the garden can be visited independently (as it's free). The guide met us at reception so the group could start the castle tour (45 minutes) on time. The only downside was that the audio guide wasn't very user-friendly and was inaudible. But this didn't detract from the beauty of the site. Then it was back to the bus to return to the starting point.
