Children must be 5 years or older to participate in this activity; those above 5 years old will be charged at adult rates (service standards are the same as for adults).

1. The experience activity you booked requires reconfirmation. We will process your booking within 24 working hours. If the booking is successful, we will send you a confirmation voucher.
If the booking is not confirmed within 24 hours, please contact us promptly.
On the day of travel, present the electronic confirmation form for check-in. Final information is subject to the confirmation form.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
