He was very courteous, helpful & knowledgeable of the history and culture. He made it a wonderful experience even though it was raining all day. ★

This island is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited. The calming noise of the waves, the beautiful warmed scent of the trees, and the incredible sense of peace made it the perfect day out. The fort was interesting, especially the Man in the Iron Mask's cells, which were such a strange combination of secure and bright/breezy! I enjoyed wandering around in the grounds of the fort as well, it had an eerie stillness to it - slightly post-apocalyptic feeling and very atmospheric. The ferry was comfortable, on time and the staff were very welcoming.★

Excellent tour! Wonderful way to see so much yet feel relaxed and leisurely. Rubin is a fantastic guide!! He picked us up promptly in a lovely air conditioned van and was so informative and friendly. There were 6 of us in the group and he was so attentive to all of us. Rubin pointed out points of interest as we drove to our first stop Antibes. We had time to walk around the mid evil village and also walk to the beach. Next stop was Vence. Rubin made a lunch reservation for us and we were on our own to stroll through the quaint town and take in all of the scenery. The restaurant he picked was delicious and the outdoor seating was lovely. After lunch we drove to a scenic waterfall and view point for pictures. We ended the tour at Chateau de Cremat for a tour of the gorgeous grounds and wine tasting. It was great to have Rubin drive us and entertain us with his information. We felt relaxed all day long. We recommend this tour.
