Fabulous day! Tulum was absolutely amazing—so much history to learn, and our tour guide Freddy was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. He truly made the experience special. At the cenote, we enjoyed a fantastic buffet. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent. The cenote itself was stunning—the water was crystal clear and incredibly refreshing. Our stop in Playa del Carmen was also very nice. My mom and I chose to relax with a drink on a small beach, which was a perfect way to unwind. We were picked up on time, and the bus was clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful tour, and I highly recommend it!★

the actual xplor park was amazing! ziplines and buggys were so much fun , however we opted for hotel pick up to then be told the day before we had meet somewhere eles , and on the day we waited around for nearly 30 mins for the guide with no communication other then when I messaged, fair enough they were delayed because of traffic but we had no update so we worried we were not in the right place or missed the guide★

The manatee encounter was a lot of fun! Alex, our guide, was the best. He ensured our interaction with Edgar (our manatee) was safe for both us and Edgar. Alex also provided us with interesting information about the manatees. The photographer took great photos and provided us with wonderful memories of our encounter. We highly recommend this activity!
