It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. Our day trip to the Great Wall was truly breathtaking! The majestic, winding wall, resembling a giant dragon, was truly worth the trip. The scenery along the way was breathtaking, and the historical atmosphere was rich. Maggie's explanations and helpfulness were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it!★

Hooray, okay. Let's start with the fact that I'm the only one in the group from Russia, over 60 years old (my birthday is today), and I found myself without internet access or a translator. Kristina, our guide, came to the rescue. We communicated with an offline translator on her side and assigned me to a married couple so I could somehow... everything went perfectly. The ascent was loss-free. A huge thank you to Kristina! By the way, I booked the excursion from Russia, through the website, and everything was spot on. Wishing the "Busda" team prosperity. The kids had a blast (sledding 🛷...)~ It was a unique experience to see the animals (lions, tigers, bears) up close. The animals in the small animal area were also very cute. It's a great park for everyone from little kids to adults. The driver was very punctual in picking us up and dropping us off 👍 and even thoughtfully took photos for everyone and printed them out as souvenirs. Overall, it was fantastic!★

The pre-trip consultation with the supplier went smoothly. They were able to customize the time and pick-up location and answered all my questions about the itinerary. The customer service was excellent. I booked a regular sedan for three adults, but a large, new, and clean car arrived on the day of the trip, making the entire journey very comfortable. Although the driver couldn't communicate in English, translation software was sufficient. You need to manage your driving time when entering the Safari area; you can also choose to schedule it later. The park is very large, and with young children, time might be a little insufficient. You can always come back or add more time.
