We joined a one-day tour from Kyoto, departing from Kyoto Station at 9:40 AM and returning around 6 PM. The day was incredibly fulfilling. The waters of Amanohashidate were crystal clear, and the Ine Boathouse was ancient and unique. Our tour guide, Cui Haihua, spoke both Chinese and Korean, and provided detailed explanations. The itinerary was well-organized, and the guides made the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Highlights: The cable car and boat ride are a must-try; it's a worthwhile experience.ā

1ļøā£ Climb to the top of "Umbrella Pine Park" for a bird's-eye view of the sandbar
ā Take the cable car to the top (round trip Ā„720), and take a "reverse Fuji" composition from the viewpoint overlooking the sea.
ā Hidden spot: The west side of the observation deck at the top of the mountain offers a stunning view of the sandbar and the Aso Sea side-by-side!
2ļøā£ Walk barefoot on the "Natural White Sand Beach"
ā Take off your shoes and walk on 2km of pure white sand. The seawater washing over your ankles at high tide is incredibly soothing.
ā Rent a bicycle (Ā„500/hour) and chase seagulls along the sandbar, feeling the shape of the wind.

There wasn't much to see. The penguin parade was so crowded you couldn't even squeeze in; the Otaru Aquarium was much better. We didn't even have time for lunch after visiting the zooāit was incredibly crowded. Luckily, I brought some biscuits. By the time we got back it was already past 7 pm, and I was starving.ā

Yesterday's day trip arrangement was very reasonable. Egan's boat house was very beautiful. It was very happy to take a cruise to feed the seagulls. The scenery of the overpass was especially spectacular. It was also very interesting to take the small cable car. Finally, I went to Meishan Village and it was a very beautiful village. The time was a bit tight. The tour guide Wu Kevin was friendly. The professional and technical skills of the driver have won us more time to play.ā

This route is beautiful, but the only downside is that it's quite far. It takes about three hours from Osaka and two hours from Kyoto, so a day trip would definitely be a quick tour. Joining a tour group is more convenient, and the ability to get off in both Kyoto and Osaka is a great bonus! I was very satisfied with our guide, Hu Jun. His explanations of the attractions were clear and thorough. He sent us the locations of each attraction the day before and on the day of the tour. He even used WeChat Line to distinguish between groups from different regions. His service was attentive and highly praised!ā

Extremely satisfied! The itinerary was very comfortable, neither too fast nor too slow. It's perfect for a day trip to distant attractions. Our guide, Bunny, was lovely, patient, and very helpful to those with mobility issues ā fantastic! Thank you for giving us such an unforgettable day! Oh, and by the way, feeding the seagulls on the boat was so much fun, like encountering seagull pirates! So much fun!!ī„
