From the moment I placed the order to the successful completion of the day trip, the experience was absolutely fantastic. A special shout-out to our guide, Liu Depeng—his service was impeccable! From picking us up and arranging the itinerary to explaining each attraction, he was meticulous and thoughtful in every aspect. Not only was his service incredibly friendly, but more importantly, he possessed a profound cultural knowledge. His explanations never skimmed the surface; he effortlessly weaved in history, anecdotes, and folk customs, making them vivid and engaging. Every step of the way was scenic, every detail explained, and each explanation was enhanced with his own unique flair, occasionally interspersed with suspenseful tales to keep us on the edge of our seats. Other tourists were even drawn to listen in, demonstrating just how captivating his explanations were.
There were absolutely no hidden costs or deliberate attempts to get us to shop—pure, sincere, and professional. In short, today's trip was not just sightseeing, but a truly immersive cultural experience—perfect.★

Driver contacted me one day before to confirm the pick up time, he even reached our hotel earlier & informed me his location as he leave home earlier to avoid jam. The experience on his ride is very good as he drive very carefully & steady, smooth journey for us as a premium trip for us. We were giving free cold drinking water as he knew we must felt hot after the visit of Safari World, very thoughtful driver. 5 stars rated for him!★

Extremely satisfied! I've taken sailboats, speedboats, and yachts for island hopping tours before, but for long-distance trips like the Similan Islands, you absolutely need a comfortable, large yacht to avoid seasickness. Especially on the return trip, they kept providing ice cream, fruit, snacks, cola, and mineral water; we ate and ate until we reached shore without any seasickness. The bilingual (Chinese and English) tour guide made communication easy, and the time arrangement was reasonable.★

The driver was very steady and provided excellent service, proactively closing the doors when we got in and out. He introduced local customs and attractions along the way and reminded us of important travel tips. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver sent us his location in advance to make it easy for us to find the car. He also contacted us beforehand for the return trip and was very punctual. Overall, a fantastic experience! Jiuzhaigou is beautiful; every photo you take is stunning.★

2 Dec 2025 > High speed rail to Huanglongjiuzhai Station was full, so we booked the train to the old Songpan Station. This train is new with blue velvet seats, business class has smaller cabin compared to other trains, it has 6/7 rows of 3 by 3 seats. We were lucky to get the last row which is 2 by 2. Had a good enjoyable ride. We travel to China every year to different part of the country. It is difficult & stressful to buy a train ticket online 1/2 month in advance as the tickets were only released 2 weeks before our trip & December is consider a peak season for foreign visitors. Can you imagine if we couldn't get the train tickets & already booked the air tickets in October. Worse scenario is to pay $$$ for private car with driver. Car ride will takes about 1-1.5 hours longer time than the train. Train is still the best choice especially travelling with old folks or handicappers. Strangely cab driver said there should be plenty of train seats, as the locals don't travel in winter.
