Just got back from this tour and had to write my review. We had Susan as our tour guide and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a group of 12 and she safely navigated us to Salzburg and back to Munich. My mom and I enjoyed the tour and day trip out to Salzburg. We enjoyed learning about the history of the city, the tips and restaurant recommendations from Susan, we had ample time to have a nice meal and do a little shopping. Thanks again Susan!★

It's a spectacular tour; our guide Brigitte (so accurate ❤️) was very kind and attentive throughout the entire tour; she took photos for us and shared interesting facts about the film and the city all morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salzburg who is a fan of this classic film.★

It was such a pleasant trip! The customer service was very patient in explaining everything. After placing my order, I received an email informing me to wait at my hotel reception at 6:45 AM. The driver would pick me up and take me to the bus pick-up point to the left of the opera house. The customer service representative would call my name from the electronic list. Throughout the trip, the tour guide provided explanations, and I used a translation app to translate everything simultaneously. Even if you don't speak English, it wasn't a problem. As long as you knew the pick-up point and the meeting time, and confirmed with the tour guide again, you could relax and enjoy the trip while taking photos.
