Shenzhen to Hong Kong/Hong Kong to Shenzhen private charter point-to-point/cross-border business vehicle with dual license plates, Alphard 7-seater vehicle type/door-to-door pickup/direct ride for fast customs clearance

1. Remote area surcharge applies to the following distant regions: Lantau Island, Tung Chung, Hong Kong Artificial Island, and the New Territories as well as all Shenzhen-Hong Kong border crossings. The New Territories include: Gold Coast, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Sheung Shui, Fanling, Sha Tau Kok, Tai Po, Sha Tin, Ma On Shan, Sai Kung, Tseung Kwan O, and Clear Water Bay. Additional fees will be charged for services covering the above areas.

2. The free waiting time for pick-up/crossing is 30 minutes, and overtime waiting fees will apply. An additional driver overtime fee of 100-300 CNY will be charged between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM the next day.

3. Schedule Notice: If you need to change the pickup/drop-off time, please inform customer support at least 3 hours in advance. Last-minute changes without prior notice will be charged at the standard rate.

4. Vehicle Cleaning Fee Explanation: If the vehicle is damaged, soiled from eating, or vomited in, a cleaning fee will be charged. The specific amount depends on the situation. If you're prone to motion sickness, it's recommended to take motion sickness medication beforehand.

5. Prices may fluctuate during holidays and major events. For details, please contact customer support.

6. Hong Kong prohibits pregnant women from mainland China from entering. If any passenger is pregnant, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, the driver may refuse service without refund, and all resulting issues will be the passenger's responsibility.

7. Customers moving house, carrying goods, or with large amounts of luggage should notify customer support in advance.

8. For private charters billed by the hour: Once the pick-up time is confirmed and the driver arrives on time, the rental duration will start counting from the scheduled time even if the passenger fails to depart as agreed due to personal reasons. We appreciate your understanding. (Our staff will reconfirm your pick-up time one day before your trip. If you need to adjust the pick-up time, please notify customer support at least 3 hours in advance.)

9. As the product involves transportation services in Macau/Hong Kong, if passengers are unable to cross the border to Macau/Hong Kong due to issues with their Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau or visa on the travel day, the transportation fee for that day is non-refundable and non-changeable (please ensure you have checked and brought all required documents for crossing the Macau/Hong Kong border). If delays occur at the border due to customs inspection of passengers' IDs or luggage (containing prohibited items), a waiting fee of CNY 300 per hour will be charged, with any duration under 30 minutes counted as one full hour. If border crossing is denied due to document issues, the full transportation fee will still be charged.
