Black Cat Cruise | Swim with Dolphins

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, limited to just 12 swimmers per session, immersing yourself in the wonder of swimming with the world's rare Hector's dolphins. Each tour is led by experienced naturalist guides and captains aboard our specially designed boats, offering detailed insights into the harbor.

The commentary will also highlight the region's wildlife conservation efforts. You'll have the opportunity to swim with Hector's dolphins, approach ancient volcanic cliffs, and observe New Zealand fur seals alongside various seabirds.

Duration: about 3 hours in total, including 2 hours at sea (approximately 45 minutes swimming with dolphins in the water), with 30 minutes preparation time before and after departure.

Inclusions:

1. A comprehensive safety briefing, including precautions for interacting with dolphins.

A maximum of 12 swimmers at a time.

3. 5mm thick thermal wetsuit, boots, and mask for diving

Important Notes

1. For swimming with dolphins, visitors must be confident in their ability to swim 50 meters freely in open waters without the assistance of floatation devices like life jackets to ensure personal safety.

2. No refund will be given if travelers are unable to participate in the itinerary due to insufficient swimming ability or English proficiency. Please make your selection accordingly.

3. Life jackets are not provided for swimming.
