Because it was an overseas trip, I consulted with the seller for a long time, and they answered all my questions in detail. The trip went smoothly on the day itself, so I recommend ordering from them. The itinerary was also very well-planned.

The itinerary was actually divided into morning and afternoon sessions. In the morning, one guide led us to Toledo, and we returned to the Madrid travel agency around noon for a break until 3 PM. Then, another guide led us to Segovia. The contrast was stark. In Toledo, I didn't purchase a guided tour because I felt my English wasn't good enough and didn't want to listen. I thought the guide should simply tell us where and what time to meet, and then let us explore freely. But he didn't say anything, leaving us initially unaware and following him. When we entered a church, he said we hadn't purchased a guided tour and wouldn't let us in. We were incredibly frustrated. My husband, indignant, bought tickets himself, looked around, and said it was utterly uninteresting. The afternoon guide was completely different. Before we left, he again asked for our opinions, saying that Segovia was quite large and it would be better for us to explore with him. The guided tour wasn't expensive, so I paid an extra 6 euros per person, 18 euros for three people, to purchase the service. The tour guide was indeed very helpful and attentive throughout the trip. At each stop, he would first tell us where the restrooms were, where we could go sightseeing, and where to meet back. I was very satisfied. A big thumbs up to this tour guide! (Picture attached)

Overall, it's pretty good. Except for some unreasonable aspects, such as the lunchtime not being in line with Chinese habits.
