Such a fun, value for money adventure!! Ben, Jodie & Nikki looked after us. Ben was so knowledgeable, professional and capable, we felt very safe and the zip lining was sooo fun even in the cloudy conditions. The walk nature walk was amazing, so beautiful!!

Good stopped twice Captain Cook Lookout, next stop for lunch swim & snorkel. Perfect weather for our cruise, lots of bird activity, even saw a sleeping brown fur seal. Hole in the rock & cave was excellent, very informative by Captain Nick & Cerrise. In

Such a great trip! Grant (or Grant but in a kiwi accent) was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the culture and history during the long van rides. Glowworm caves were cool but the highlight for me was definitely the geysers. The whole experience was great and am so grateful that they offer a trip like this including transport since Rotorua is quite a distance away. Note: this experience did not include a Māori performance or haka. If I read the description better I wouldve known that but that is the only thing I was a little bummed about. The experience is great, but just note what is actually included if thats what you are looking for.

David is amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The tour is a great experience that is hard to miss if your are visiting New Zealand. The Waitamo Cave tour is more impressive than the description. The hobbitown is like a paradise. We were able to get free drinks during our trip. Umbrella is available to borrow if it starts raining. We were able to go inside the hobbit house and check out the fine furnitures. These two places are worth the trip.

A harbour cruise with good information. Wine or beer available to buy. The cruise gave a good perspective on the harbour. Great value.
