Umberto is the perfect guide - knowledgeable, entertaining and passionate about his city. You won’t go to the tourist hotspots. Instead this is a tour of districts that your guide knows and loves - Chiado and Barrio Alto.He grew up here. Umberto will take you to spots that you probably won’t find on your own, and some that all visitors love. He knows his history - of the city and country. This was a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. Chilled with lots of walking (and yes, some hills) and discovering some of Lisbon’s charming spots. You’ll learn lots. And I’m sure you’ll enjoy the tour. Highly recommend.

We had a really great time with our guide, Yet! She shared so many interesting stories and background information, which made everything come to life. You could tell she was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke enthusiastically about what she was showing us. Thanks to her explanations, we got a better understanding of the area and discovered details we might otherwise have missed. It was educational, enjoyable, and surprising. Definitely worth it!

He didn't just give us a tour; he gave us a deep, authentic journey into the flavors, history, and culture of Lisbon. The tour itself was spectacular—a perfectly curated selection of must-try local foods mixed with fascinating historical insights. Angelo was amazing and I’d tell any friend going to Lisbon to do a tour with him. I wish I could find an Angelo in every city!
