If you go to Hangzhou east station by yourself, your pickup time will be around 06:30 in the morning. The exact time will be confirmed by our customer service.
Then proceed to the West Lake scenic area (tour buses are prohibited; shuttle bus transfer is required at CNY 5 per person one way or CNY 10 per person round trip, at your own expense).
After transferring, you'll officially step into the picturesque West Lake, akin to "heaven on earth." Take a West Lake pleasure boat and glide across the emerald waters, admiring the distant Su Causeway at dawn and Leifeng Tower at sunset, while enjoying the up-close view of Three Pools Mirroring the Moon. The lake and mountains blend like a flowing poem.
After disembarking, take a leisurely stroll along Su Causeway, where the misty willows of its six bridges gently brush your face, with expansive lake views on both sides. Every step allows you to experience the poetic Jiangnan scenery described as "the shimmering water delights in sunny weather."
Later, ascend Leifeng Pagoda to enjoy a panoramic view of West Lake, where emerald waters encircle the city and verdant mountains shimmer in the distance. The blend of legend and reality adds profound charm to this timeless scenery.
Lunch at your own expense
In the afternoon, proceed to the Lingyin Temple Feilai Peak scenic area. (Shuttle bus service is available at the Lingyin Temple Feilai Peak scenic area, priced at 5 CNY per person for a one-way trip and 10 CNY per person for a round trip. Please pay at your own expense; consumption is not mandatory.)
Step into Lingyin Zen Temple, where ancient trees tower into the sky and incense mist lingers, as this millennia-old monastery embodies profound Buddhist culture and architectural art. Then explore Feilai Peak, where hundreds of lifelike stone carvings from the Song and Yuan dynasties are embedded in the cliffs; the tranquil mountain paths and murmuring springs create a serene coexistence of nature and human heritage.
The itinerary will conclude with a final gathering around 5:00 PM, and the group will disperse near the West Square of Hangzhou East Station at approximately 6:00 PM.
The exact arrival time at Liberation Monument will depend on actual conditions on the day.
