What an amazing travel experience, all thanks to a perfect tour guide!
The luckiest thing about this trip was meeting our guide, Zhang Yue. From departure to return, he made us feel incredibly at ease. He thoughtfully reminded us of the weather and essential items the day before, and on the day of the trip, he was waiting at the meeting point early with a prominent sign, making sure we couldn't get lost.
His explanations were professional and engaging. He didn't just read the descriptions of the attractions; he also shared local historical anecdotes and interesting tidbits, making what would normally be dry information incredibly memorable. When we wanted to take more photos, he proactively helped us find the best angles and patiently waited for us to get into position, without ever rushing us.
He was also incredibly attentive during the trip. He would slow down the pace for elderly people and children who were walking slowly, and the local restaurants he recommended were both authentic and affordable – we didn't have any disappointments. The whole trip was fantastic; we not only had a great time but also felt incredibly cared for. Next time I'm visiting Mount Fuji, I'll definitely hire him again!

I thought it was absolutely fantastic in every way! We booked the trip at the last minute, around midnight, and the customer service was incredibly responsive and patient. We booked a round-trip bus tour for two people at a very reasonable price, as it was a one-stop service and we didn't have to worry about booking tickets. Our driver was a very friendly guy from Northeast China, and the tour guide was also wonderful. He remembered every tourist and immediately noticed when we were behind. He provided bilingual translation throughout the trip, and his speech was witty and polite. 🥹🥹 The experience was truly exceptional, with no hidden costs whatsoever. The tour guide even helped us save money by telling us which restaurants were cheaper. We departed promptly at 8:00 AM and arrived in Tokyo around 3:00 or 4:00 PM.
It was a very enjoyable and unforgettable trip to Mount Fuji. I hope we can meet again when I have the chance to visit Japan again! 🥹★

The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

Joining a small group of 9 for a one-day tour of Mount Fuji, the driver managed the time perfectly throughout, and with the weather cooperating, we had a wonderful time at all six attractions! A huge thumbs up to the driver!
Unfortunately, the driver wasn't a professional tour guide, and we, sitting in the back, couldn't hear him clearly about every location and meeting time, which was a small disappointment.★

It was a wonderful day trip. We had a short time since the bus journey already took 4 hours to and fro, but the itinerary tried to accommodate as much as possible. We saw Mt Fuji from all directions, blessed by the fine weather which we were told is rare since we had a great view all the way. Blessed by the “goddess”. Thank you to our tour guide Xujin, who gave us lots of information throughout the trip, recommended good food, fruits and snacks too. Recommend this tour if you want to see Mt Fuji quick and easy.
