I had a problem with the reservation because after paying and waiting half an hour for the bus, the reservation wasn't recognized.

I admit I didn’t have the highest expectations for this, but it was a really good tour: informative, but it wasn’t constant talking, so it gives you time to look around. The directions of where to go were very clear, and the app has a good map as well. Definitely worth it. I will be looking for similar walking tours with VoiceMap in my other travels.
