1. Traveling from Mainland China to Hong Kong: If you are a mainland resident traveling to Hong Kong for tourism, visiting relatives, study, business, or transit to a third country, please ensure your Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau, Hong Kong endorsement, Chinese passport, and Hong Kong entry permit (if applicable) are valid before departure.
2. Traveling from Hong Kong to Mainland China: If you are a resident of Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, please ensure your Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan Residents is valid before your trip.
*Jiuzhou Port Passenger Terminal - Jiuzhou Port Passenger Terminal Ticket Gate (Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, late arrivals will not be admitted);
Address: No. 599 South Lovers Road, Jida, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai.
*China Hong Kong City Terminal - Ticket gate at the first floor of China Hong Kong City Terminal (Please arrive 30 min in advance, late arrivals will not be permitted entry);
Address: China Ferry Terminal, commonly known as the China Hong Kong Ferry Terminal, is located at China Hong Kong City, Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
*Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal - Ferry Terminal Gate (Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance, late arrivals will not be admitted);
Address: 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (229m walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station - Exit D, approximately 4 min).
1. Boat tickets cannot be changed. If you need a flight on a different date or time, please cancel your ticket and place a new order.
2. This route requires real-name ticket purchase. To ensure smooth boarding, please provide accurate information such as your real name and ID number when booking. The boat ticket is only valid for the scheduled departure on the day of purchase. If expired, you will not be able to board and will need to purchase a new ticket.
3. Age 6 and above (age calculated by birthday, based on travel date). Each adult may bring only 1 child under 1 year old per trip. If the number of free children exceeds the limit, child tickets must be purchased for the additional children. Free admission: Infants under 1 year old.
Ticket check and entry
The e-voucher will be sent to your registered email and via SMS at least 2 hours before your flight departure. If you haven't received it, please contact the merchant's customer support to obtain it. For Jiuzhou Port to Hong Kong ferries, tickets purchased using an ID card or Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau can be directly verified for boarding. If tickets were purchased using other documents, you'll need to collect your ticket at the terminal's self-service ticket machine using the e-voucher sent by the merchant or verify it at the ticket gate for boarding.
1. For tickets purchased with a mainland Chinese ID card, there is no need to collect a boat ticket. Simply present your ID to enter through the gate. For tickets purchased with other types of IDs, please collect your ticket using the ID used for booking before entering through the gate.
2. The gate for this route will be closed 10 minutes before departure. It is recommended to arrive at the port 30 minutes in advance, and please allow extra time during holidays.
3. If the port authority officially notifies the cancellation of the cruise due to weather or other force majeure reasons, our store will provide a full refund or free rescheduling. Apart from these circumstances, we will not be responsible for any losses caused to passengers due to the cruise cancellation.
4. Passengers purchasing tickets are deemed to have accepted the "Terms and Conditions of Rights, Obligations, and Liabilities for Maritime Passenger Transport."
Announcement on Flight Adjustments for Jiuzhou Port Pier Hong Kong Route

Jiuzhou Port Pier to Hong Kong route will implement a new flight schedule starting from January 8, details as follows:
Route: Jiuzhou Port Pier - China Hong Kong City
Departure times from Jiuzhou Port Pier: 08:30, 09:30, 10:30*, 11:30, 15:00, 16:00, 20:40; Additional Friday, Saturday & Sunday sailings at 14:00;
Hong Kong return times: 08:00, 10:30, 11:30*, 12:30, 13:30, 17:10, 18:10; additional Friday, Saturday & Sunday sailings at 15:30*;
Route: Jiuzhou Port Pier - Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal
Departure times from Jiuzhou Port Pier: 08:30, 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, 15:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:40;
Return times from Hong Kong: 8:20, 10:50, 11:50, 12:50, 13:50, 17:30, 18:30, 19:30; Additional 15:50 departure on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Please note:
Approximate voyage time: 70 minutes
For flights marked with *, which are connecting flights that stop at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, passengers whose departure/destination port is the China Hong Kong City Terminal cannot board/disembark at the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal temporarily. The sailing time for connecting flights is approximately 90 minutes.
