To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure the contact information you provided in Japan is reachable. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or the 400 hotline.

Friendly reminder
1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel or arrive late for your reservation due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee to the restaurant. This amount is non-refundable and our platform assumes no responsibility. We appreciate your understanding. Please carefully plan your itinerary before making restaurant reservations.
2. In case of itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on each restaurant's policies and announcements).
3. Please note that your reservation may be canceled by the restaurant if the number of travelers does not match the reservation count.
4. The reservation is considered consumed upon successful booking. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable if the cancellation is due to personal reasons.
