The itinerary was excellent, a fantastic day trip! Every attraction was wonderful, and we wanted more! The tour guide and driver were both very nice! Especially our guide, Jenny, whose explanations were exceptional and very professional 👍. If you go to Hokkaido in autumn, you absolutely must visit Jozankei! It's so beautiful! Because of transportation issues, we booked a day tour, which was incredibly convenient. It wasn't tiring at all, even with elderly relatives. Our guide, Yoshi, speaks Chinese, Japanese, and English, and patiently answered all our questions. He even prepared some Jozankei snacks for us. Our whole family had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!★

A truly perfect autumn trip to Hokkaido! ☺️ Our tour leader, Lisa, was meticulous and responsible, introducing us to Hokkaido's local customs, scenery, and cuisine along the way, making the bus ride anything but boring. She even proactively took photos for us at scenic spots – such thoughtful and attentive service! I would definitely recommend joining a tour group next time I come in winter.★
