Today was incredibly lucky! We met our wonderful tour guide, Ye Fan, who was so considerate of her guests. She picked us up at 6:10 AM, having apparently gotten up as early as 4 AM. She didn't try to get us to spend any money on hidden charges, and kept asking if we had enough for lunch. She also safely took us back to our hotel. It was a truly enjoyable day trip. Highly recommend Ye Fan!★

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.★

We wanted private chartered so we could take our time throughout. Upon confirmation of booking, communicate through WeChat, with the tour operators in English. We really enjoyed this arrangement. Our Driver Mr Liu is really very good, he will wait for us in each exit, and direct us to each entrance. At times, he will also guide us as to where to get the best view. This day trip to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai via Ctrip was fantastic, a must-try! The itinerary was well-planned, Tiger Leaping Gorge was magnificent, and Baishuitai was breathtakingly beautiful – the scenery along the way was perfect for photos. A special thank you to our driver, Mr. Li, who was warm, friendly, and provided excellent service. His driving skills were superb, ensuring a smooth and safe journey on the mountain roads. He patiently accompanied us throughout, providing punctual pick-up and drop-off, proactively offering help and taking meticulous care of us without any rushing. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable trip. Overall, it was great value for money, worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning this trip, and I'll definitely choose this company again for my next adventure!★

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!
