The so-called "Chinese-speaking tour" is actually just a confirmation email sent to your phone by the merchant after you've successfully purchased and paid for the tickets. It lists the activities included in the package. However, there's virtually no Chinese-speaking service throughout the trip; it's essentially like buying two packages and then traveling entirely independently. On the boat and on the Great Barrier Reef platform, those who speak good English can learn more about the activities and have a smoother experience, while those who don't can just go with the flow. The overall experience of this tour wasn't as great as I had imagined beforehand; this varies from person to person because everyone's past experiences and expectations are different.

Very convenient for elderly people or young kids that can't snorkel or head into the waters to view the Great Barrier Reef. Bring basic swim gears at least even if you're not going for a swim. Worth going for a walk in the waters or a light dip. If you're not keen on buffet on a boat or the restaurant choices, bring your own lunch, or just your own snack to enjoy on the island. Go for a walk on the other end of the island. Different trails to suit different stamina. If elderly or young kids is going, it may be much comfortable to book the return boat /cruise to and from Green Island, the lunch buffet /the lunch package with Emerald Restaurant / food voucher with 1 of the eateries, book the glass bottom boat ride in lieu of the snorkeling, and the semi submarine too.

Great day on Green island. Easy to get around and plenty of places to swim & snorkel. Collecting tickets needs to be easier. I lined up for 40 minutes . Why not put tickets on a booking app?

It would have been even better if the plane had flown closer to Whitehaven Beach. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating; it would have been even more beautiful on a sunny day! Overall, though, I'm satisfied. 👍

The tour experience was wonderful, and the guide tried his best to communicate with us, even using a bit of Japanese. It was my first time rafting, but it was a very good experience. However, the address of the hotel where we were originally supposed to be picked up did not match, so I was confused. The staff at the meeting point kindly contacted me and picked me up safely, so I was glad I was able to participate. This is important information, so please respond.

It was a fantastic trip! The view of the Great Barrier Reef from the plane was truly breathtaking. The captain's flight was incredibly smooth, with no turbulence during takeoff and landing – a huge thumbs up! The speedboat ride was also thrilling, and the Taiwanese tour guide was very patient and helpful. There was also a very enthusiastic female guide. ❤️ Overall, it was a worthwhile trip – so beautiful! 🤩
