Adult ticket: 6 years old and above.

Child tickets: Children aged 1 year old (inclusive) to under 6 years old

Free child ticket: under 1 year old (not including 1 year). Each adult can only book 1 free child ticket per trip. For more than 1 child, child tickets must be booked according to the number of children.

2. According to the destination's entry and exit management requirements, please purchase tickets with valid travel documents.

Please ensure your boarding ID matches the ID used for ticket purchase and remains valid, otherwise you will not be able to travel.

4. According to the "List of Articles Prohibited from Entry and Exit of the People's Republic of China", gambling chips are prohibited items and cannot be brought into the country.

According to the "Real-Name Management Regulations for Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present valid identification documents that comply with laws, administrative regulations, and national requirements when purchasing tickets and boarding. Boat tickets are valid only on the day of issuance, and passengers must board the vessel according to the specified ship name, voyage, date, and seat on their ticket.

1. Boarding begins 1 hour before the time indicated on the boat ticket, and the gate closes 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time on the ticket.

2. According to the "Regulations on Real-Name Management of Waterway Passenger Transport," passengers must present their original valid ID and cooperate with staff inspection when boarding vessels or entering ferry terminals that implement real-name verification. Otherwise, port staff have the right to deny boarding.

3. Passengers who refuse security checks, insist on carrying or concealing prohibited or restricted items, decline real-name verification of boat tickets, cause disturbances or disrupt public order at the port or onboard, or suffer from highly contagious diseases, severe mental disorders, intoxication, or other conditions that may endanger vessel safety, other passengers, or port personnel may be denied port entry, ticket purchase, boarding privileges, or may be ordered to disembark by port authorities or the carrier.

4. Neither the port nor the carrier shall be liable for any losses caused by detention or delay resulting from interrupted voyages or delayed arrivals due to force majeure.

Macau Taipa Route

1. Child tickets allow for 10kg of free baggage, while adult tickets allow for 20kg of free baggage.

2. The Macau Taipa to Shekou route currently does not offer luggage check-in services.
