My friend and I joined this Jiufen day trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations! Most itineraries combine Shifen and Jiufen, but we just wanted to leisurely explore Jiufen, so we were happy to find this package that only included Jiufen.
The original itinerary indicated a group of about 30 people, but surprisingly, there were only two groups of three on the day. The travel agency not only didn't cancel the trip but also thoughtfully changed it to a nine-seater vehicle, making the entire journey more comfortable and almost like a private charter.
The tour guide was very professional, extremely familiar with Jiufen, and could communicate in Chinese, Japanese, and English. The itinerary was very flexible, with plenty of free time; she was also very willing to accompany us and provide explanations if needed. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, and it is a highly recommended travel experience!

I didn't get the exact name of our guide, Choi Hyang-hwa. She was so kind and explained everything to us, and we had a fun tour!! Thank you for making us feel so comfortable during the tour! And she kindly provided detailed information about nearby restaurants and places to visit, making the entire trip so enjoyable. It was even better because my fellow travelers were all so kind. Getting to Stonehenge is a bit inconvenient, especially for those with elderly or young children. After arriving by bus, we were even more glad that we joined a tour group to go directly to the site. It would have been too cold to go in winter, and it would have been too tiring to push the stroller while waiting. We were wondering if such a long bus ride would be worth it, but thankfully we were able to visit in the end. The tour was definitely worth it!
