The two-hour trip on the Crystal Ship was very enjoyable, because in addition to the beautifully colorful autumn scenery, there was also the impressive ship itself to admire. The staff, from ticket purchase to the waiters, were very friendly. The prices on board were perfectly reasonable.★

I went with three friends, and the guide was very helpful throughout the day, helping with ticket reservations on the bus, buying drinks, etc.! We didn't get tired from changing trains, and the weather was great, which was great!★

Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.
