- Each passenger must weigh less than 90 kg. Those over 90 kg need to purchase 2 tickets and occupy 2 seats. Passengers must be over 2 years old. Seniors must have no serious illnesses and be able to walk normally.
- If the crew deems a passenger physically unfit to fly during boarding and the passenger disagrees, they may provide a medical health certificate afterwards to make up for it.
- The helicopter has three passenger seats and requires all three seats to be filled before takeoff. Customer support will arrange seat sharing, which may require on-site waiting. Couples may be separated and fly on different flights.
- Seats will be assigned by staff based on helicopter weight balance requirements.
- When taking a helicopter, no items other than mobile phones are allowed (including power banks). Please avoid wearing easily blown-away items such as hats or scarves.
- Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, or under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to fly.
- If the scheduled flight cannot be operated due to force majeure factors such as weather changes, government actions, or air traffic control, passengers may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- The aircraft performing the flight mission is covered by comprehensive aircraft insurance, including all-risk hull insurance, third-party liability insurance, and passenger seat insurance
