How to use

1. Select your desired option and book.

2. Check the admission voucher sent via mobile or email.

3. Enjoy free access on your desired date within 90 days after purchase.

4. Select the appropriate language on the self-service kiosk, scan the QR code, and click "Issue Ticket". Present the receipt to the staff.

5. Latest rental time: 17:00; Last return time: 18:30.

Free cancellation before redemption or activation

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

Important note

This product is exclusively for foreigners and cannot be purchased by South Koreans!

1. The hanbok selection time is 30 minutes. Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be included in the rental duration.

2. You can try on the Hanbok twice in person.

3. Additional charges will apply for exceeding the rental time as follows.

- Regular Hanbok rental: 1,000 KRW per 10 min (per person)

- Themed Hanbok rental: 2,000 KRW per 10 min (per person)

- Premium Hanbok rental: 3,000 KRW per 10 min (per person)

4. Additional fees may apply for severe damage or stains to the hanbok, please handle with care.

5. Hanbok sizes are available for women (44-99) and men (90-115).

- Women's Sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL

- Men's Sizes: S, M, L, XXL

6. Regular hanbok and themed hanbok are different, so please pay attention when choosing!

- Standard Hanbok: Basic color designs

- Theme: Hanbok - Vibrant and Exquisite Designs

7. Please be sure to bring your ID card.

8. Customers who choose the 1DAY rental must return the item before the deadline.

9. Hanbok sizes are available starting from 12-month-old infants.
