Reviews: 1-day tour to Xi'an Terracotta Warriors and Huaqing Palace with pick-up and drop-off service available
Guest User2026-09-13
The one day tour was interesting and informative. To think that the chin emperor prepared for his afterlife at the tender age of thirteen! The logistics was well organised with ear pieces that allowed us to hear the tour guide despite a group of fifteen. Louis, the tour guide, makes the tour interesting with the sharing of snippets of history.

An excellent experience with our guide, Louis. He knew how to choose the best order for our visits to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. His explanations were perfect for deepening our understanding of the entire history of the Terracotta Army.

Reviews: Xi'an Terracotta Army Day Tour | English Guide | Optional Huaqing Palace & The Song of Everlasting Sorrow

SAM THE MAN!!!! The BEST tour guide in China! From beginning to end, we were incredibly grateful to have him. The service was truly 5-star! He picked us up from our hotel right on time, provided excellent explanations of all the tourist attractions, and was incredibly patient with the entire group. He even gave us some lovely gifts! ☺️ He also helped us find our way and get settled for the Song of the Everlasting Sorrow show, which was absolutely SPECTACULAR. I genuinely recommend this experience! And trust me, this recommendation comes from someone who travels the world and is not easily impressed! Everything was a perfect 10/10. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough! If you’re visiting China, you absolutely need him as your guide. He made our experience unforgettable!
