Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.★

This group tour experience was fantastic! The tour leader's explanations were incredibly detailed, repeatedly addressing safety concerns in high-altitude areas and answering all questions. Their professionalism was exceptional. Every step within the scenic area was meticulously planned; simply following the leader meant almost no waiting in line. The entire tour proceeded smoothly, making for a wonderful experience! The tour leader was also very enthusiastic, sharing local customs and traditions along the way and answering all questions, making me look forward to returning to Lijiang. The tour offered a high degree of freedom and was very relaxing, allowing for flexible time allocation without any distractions. I highly recommend it.★

Overall a very nice trip. It was indeed a lot of fun. The stone forest is amazing! So unique and wonderful. The cave is very nice, although it feels a bit more like a theme park than a natural attraction.★

Balagezong is a highly recommended stop on any Yunnan trip. It's not overly commercialized, and the overall tourist experience is excellent. From the 1700-year-old Bala Village and the Echo Wall to the Shangri-La Grand Canyon, everything is breathtaking. Balagezong is a place that offers more memorable experiences than just sightseeing, and it's definitely worth a visit.★

The driver was super nice!!! He arrived early to pick us up!!! He drove incredibly smoothly!!! Even though I get carsick, I didn't feel dizzy at all and slept soundly in the car!!! He would even wake us up when he saw beautiful scenery (hehe, that shows how soundly we were sleeping 🥰) and stop so we could take pictures at the spots, hahaha, we were so happy!!!
