Manual code issuance: Identity verification takes approximately 10 min. After the supplier issues the confirmation voucher, the QR code will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. Present this QR code at the designated lounge for redemption.

Note:
Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.
2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
3. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
4. The lounge is purchased with real names and cannot be refunded or changed. Please acknowledge the above information. Thank you for your understanding!
