Reviews: Full Day Sightseeing Tour of the main Attractions around Baku

Riad, thank you so much for this wonderful day! This should be your first tour when you're in Baku. They'll tell you the history and show you many unusual and interesting sights. You'll learn that Baku isn't just about the Old/White City, the Maiden Tower, and pomegranates.

Reviews: Baku: Gobustan, Mud Volcanoes, Fire Mountain & Temple Tour
Guest User2026-04-11
The tour allows you to see all the places that are difficult to reach on your own. The bus was comfortable, and the group size was good—17 people packed up quickly and moved from place to place without any hassle. The mud volcanoes aren't particularly impressive, but you can reach them off-road in a Niva, which is in danger of falling apart. The most interesting spots are Gobustan (an open-air museum) and the Fire Temple in Absheron. Be prepared to pay extra for the tickets and the Niva ride (we paid 65 manat per person for all the extras) plus lunch. Bring water and a small snack, as lunch isn't until 2:00 PM. The tour was offered in three languages: English, Spanish, and Turkish. They said there were Russian-speaking groups, but we didn't find that option. Overall, it was a great experience for a very reasonable price.
