Guide & Private Charter Service Notice
- 1. Service Attributes: Guide and private charter services are one-time comprehensive services. It is strictly prohibited to interrupt midway or reuse them for a second time. The entire service process must be completed in one go.
- 2. Duration and Overtime Fee: The basic service vehicle duration is 8 hr, guide service is 8 hr, and any overtime will require an on-site overtime fee payment; distant destinations will be repriced based on the actual itinerary.
- 3. Cost Coverage: During the service period, you are required to cover the staff's lunch expenses and attraction admission tickets; dinner expenses and accommodation fees are not required.
- 4. Time Calculation Standards: ① Working hours start from the moment the guide meets the client; ② Private charter service: Working hours start from the moment the client boards the vehicle; Transportation accompaniment and meal accompaniment are both included in the service duration.
- 5. Lunch Arrangement: Staff lunch breaks are included within the 8-hour service duration. No additional lunch fee will be charged if the client agrees to dine together.
- 6. Pricing rules: Regardless of the actual duration of service on the same day, it will be charged at the standard rate for 8 hr. Please be advised.
