Communication was friendly and very convenient. I believe it is the most reasonable and best mode of transportation for traveling within the Guangdong region with large groups or elderly passengers! The car is excellent and comfortable, and I was so satisfied overall that I used it again on this trip. I recommend that Koreans traveling between Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Macau book in advance rather than trying to pick up a vehicle on the spot, as this ensures a comfortable journey. I even booked the day before without any issues!★

We booked a transfer from Macau (The Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel) to Hong Kong. The description stated that hotel pickup was at the North Gate on the Grand Lisboa Palace level. There was also a photo of the hotel entrance. In reality, pickup was at the hotel's basement level on the Grand Lisboa Palace level.★

It was a great experience. I managed to snag a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Trip.com's Hong Kong leg, which averaged out to just HK$50 per trip, cheaper than any other option. It only took 24 minutes to get from Central to the airport, super fast! The experience was excellent.
