The Concha y Touro guide was excellent, while the Turistik guide lacked some information after boarding the bus or at the meeting point, but nothing that spoiled our experience. There was an unforeseen issue and they asked us to change our ticket day; we managed to schedule it for a day and time that worked for us. Also, the entrance wristband showed that we only had one tour when we had purchased two. At the winery, I contacted the attendant via WhatsApp and they quickly resolved the problem. Because of this issue, in addition to the group waiting 30 minutes for the complete experience, the return bus dropped us off at home. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, everything was resolved quickly and according to our choices, understanding that good support can make all the difference.
