1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English when placing the booking.
2. The lounge is located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.
3. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
