Marshal Mansion
郑家屯博物馆-大帅府 is the first county-level museum in Jilin Province. Formerly the private residence of Fengtian clique warlord Wu Junsheng, it is commonly known as the Marshal Mansion and is now a key cultural relic protection site of Jilin Province. The museum is located in the middle section of Liaohe Road in Shuangliao City, situated in the city center. It is a comprehensive museum showcasing the official architectural style of the Qing Dynasty in China and the history of Shuangliao. Yimashu Forest Park
Yimashu Forest Park is located in Hongqi Street, Shuangliao City, 10 kilometers away from the ancient city of Zhengjiatun. Marshal Zhang's Mansion Museum was built in 1914 and covers an area of 53,000 square meters. Changchun Zoological and Botanical Park is located at No. 2121, Ziyou Road, Nanguan District, Changchun. Zhang Xueliang's former residence is a must-see attraction in Shenyang Fangjie Cultural Tourism Area. The architecture is distinctive and perfect for taking photos. I went during the National Day holiday, and the queue at the entrance was extremely long; I waited for over an hour to get in. Once inside, if you wanted to go upstairs to continue your visit, you had to queue for another half hour or more. The overall experience was very poor, and the orderliness of the scenic area needs improvement. The Financial Museum wasn't very popular; it mainly discusses the history of Northeast China's economy and world currencies, which was rather boring.

I thought it was great, quite interesting, and worth a visit. I also recommend hiring a guide; you can find the official guides at the entrance. It costs 40 yuan per person, which is enough for an hour.

There were so many people and tourists that I didn't have time to take in many things. It's like a low-end version of the Forbidden City in Beijing. Many of the artifacts on display were discarded from the Forbidden City. Some rooms were off-limits, so people crowded around the entrances to take photos. There was no lighting inside, so the photos didn't look great. The architecture is still quite distinctive.

It's a bit far from downtown Changchun, about an hour's drive away. The automatic parking system at the entrance was a first for me, and it was free! There were even volunteers to show you how to use it – so thoughtful! The place is incredibly large; walking is impossible. A bus ride around it takes over 40 minutes. The most beautiful area is near the dam, not far from the entrance!

I regretfully missed the snow cake monkey show during the day, but a quiet stroll through the park still had its own charm.
I wandered around leisurely, getting up close to the animals and encountering several rare creatures.
The autumn breeze in Northeast China was so refreshing; it instantly relieved all work stress, a brief moment of healing.

Overall, it's pretty good. Once you get there, you can rent a car. I didn't know how to drive at first, but with my years of driving experience, I learned quickly. This saves energy. You can download an app, locate yourself, and check out the attractions and waiting times. Boys might like the Dinosaur Extinction attraction, as well as some thrilling rides. Some attractions require separate fees, such as the Ice and Snow World and the Petting Zoo!
