We had a 1 day layover at Incheon airport. Our guide picked us up at the airport hotel & we toured the Gyeongbokgung Palace, a Hanok village & a little shopping & lunch in Insadong. He shared a lot of information & stories & was very timely in getting us to the airport with our brief timeline.

Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. She met us at the airport, communicated ahead of time where to meet, provided an agenda, but was flexible to our needs. We had a great lunch in a traditional Korean restaurant, loved the tour of the Imperial Palace and grounds, experienced the market, had tea at a traditional tea house, just an incredible to spend the day out seeing Seoul instead of sitting at the airport. She was very knowledgeable about Korean history and culture, was a safe driver, her vehicle was very clean and she provided us with cold water for the day. Overall, we were so happy with our tour with Sophia and it was a great way for us to celebrate a birthday.

Our tour guide, Sammi, kindly explained the various attractions and travel times, enthusiastically introduced the must-do activities at each attraction, and led us through them. She also assisted with translation when needed to ensure we could communicate effectively, and even helped with taking photos and videos to preserve our travel memories! Thumbs up! 👍

Reviews: Seoul: Naejangsan National Park Autumn Foliage One-Day Tour
Guest User2026-11-06
It was impressive that the guide spoke multiple languages and meticulously folded and presented a map along with printed information in various languages, including introductions to the tour locations and estimated travel times. They allocated ample time for restrooms and meals, allowing us to leisurely enjoy the autumn foliage. Guide Oh Geum-sang deserves a gold medal! The only downside was that the location listed on Trip.com was an address, specifically the end point in Namsan-dong 2-ga, Jung-gu. I had to rely on Google Maps to find my way after exiting the station, and I felt completely lost, thinking I might miss the trip. I ended up running around trying to find my way, so I request that Trip.com update this. Fortunately, the guide called me just in time, so I was able to find my way and even received directions to the restroom.
