I booked a car from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou and back from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong with the same company. The drivers were different, but both were reliable. Driver 8682F on the outbound trip drove a clean and tidy vehicle, drove smoothly, and dropped me off at the hotel. Very good.★

The bus was large with spacious and comfortable seats. The staff were friendly, and check-in was very easy; I just showed my Trip.com booking number, and the staff noted it down before letting me board. During the uphill journey, the driver periodically alerted passengers to report any unusual issues, showing great attention to passenger safety.★

We made last minutes bookings on big 40 seats bus as other private vehicles are fully booked on Trip.com we are happy with it as it does the job taking us to Huanglong train station, starts 8:40 AM and get to station 11:10 AM. A night b4 departure Trip.com contact me via email and WeChat to provide me information and bus licence plate which makes easy to locate the bus. Bus driver will ask for the last 4 digit of mobile phone number which we used for booking as validation. Overall happy with service★

The driver was fantastic! He not only provided transportation throughout the entire trip, but the car was also very nice and comfortable. We booked a 1 AM ride, but he came to pick us up at 11 AM instead. He even recommended some delicious restaurants and took us to the "Eternal Love" show. Finally, he dropped us off right at our hotel. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend him! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍★

Since I don't speak Chinese, I do feel a bit anxious about being contacted the evening before telling us where to meet, but Trip.com bookings are reliable because they have always responded 100% of the time so far. I arrived about 30 minutes later than the estimated time, but that wasn't bad.
