The Tianmen Mountain tour guide service I booked on Xianyu this time exceeded my expectations! At 320 yuan, it was excellent value for money. The guide only led our small group throughout the trip, providing attentive service, a wonderful attitude, and detailed and patient explanations. The travel arrangements were hassle-free, with Xiaomi car pick-up and drop-off, making the journey comfortable and convenient. Because it was the off-season, there weren't many tourists, allowing for a relaxed pace, no queues, and a superb sightseeing experience. The itinerary was relaxed and not rushed, the route was well-planned, and there were no forced purchases, allowing for a carefree and worry-free trip. I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Tianmen Mountain—effortless, a fantastic experience, and definitely worth choosing!

The guide, James, was very attentive and made sure everyone understood him and was engaged in the tour. He explained everything about the mountains and the route, and recommended good places to eat. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but the views were beautiful, especially from the lift and the chairlift. Unforgettable.

Fabulous tour departed from Zhangjiajie cable car station by bus (cable car closed for construction) with guide CHEN. He was truly attentive to our every need and translated for us. We visited the Gate of Heaven (the steps are challenging but worth it), as an alternative there is the escalator. After the climb there is another climb with escalators and you find yourself in a refreshment area and a small glass walkway with a breathtaking view. At 3pm we left again with guide CHEN (the best guide we could have had) towards FURONG. About 1:20 by car. Beautiful place at sunset with the lights it seems like a fairy tale. After 2 hours we returned. Thanks to CHEN for his courtesy and attention towards us and the whole group... Chen 10 out of 10... trip.com never disappoints.

Overall, the trip met expectations. The tour guide was very responsible, the itinerary was well-planned, and we visited the key attractions. Queues during the National Day holiday were not as long as in the forest park. The VIP package was only useful for the cable car ride on Route A in the city center; other areas required normal queuing. The package basically included everything, though some items were not, which was explained in the description. However, the tour guide could help purchase additional items on-site; it was optional.
