Reviews: Tiger kingdom in Chiang Mai with hotel transfers, family-friendly experience, admission ticket included, and close interaction with tigers
Guest User2026-08-19
Overall, everything was great. The connections were seamless, the driver was punctual and even waiting in advance, the景区 staff were very friendly, spoke a little Chinese so communication wasn't a problem, and they were very good at providing emotional support. The photos I took were all beautiful. Highly recommended!

Reviews: Chiang Mai Tiger Kingdom half-day tour [hotel transfer + adorable tigers + unique Chiang Mai experience]
Guest User2026-10-10
The service team did a great job picking us up, along with 10 others, with timely and friendly service.  My first time petting and hugging a tiger and it was great seeing the tiger cubs as well.  After our petting/hug session, along with a house photo package, we got to roam around the sanctuary for about 45 minutes...seeing all the other tigers that were caged.  Great experience.  The guide got us back to the hotel timely.  I chose the Big Tiger + medium Tiger package and I would recommend this package.

I was at a loss because my friend isn't very good at taking photos, but Tour Guide Dahye took great pictures of me, making me look like a model. In addition to guiding the tour, she also provided excellent explanations, so we had a wonderful time. Thank you!!!

Reviews: 1-day tour to Chiang Mai Namtok Bua Tong-Nam Phu Chet Si National Park + elephant cafe + elephant poop paper park nature adventure
Guest User2026-07-17
This itinerary included a waterfall, a cafe, and a paper park. The booking page listed the time for each item as 1.5 hours, 1 hour, and 1.5 hours. The driver didn't speak any Chinese or English, and although he smiled throughout, communication was completely impossible. Each time we got off, we were given 1 hour, 1 hour, and 1 hour and 10 minutes respectively. The weather wasn't great that day; it rained heavily. One hour wasn't enough for the waterfall; we had to walk down and then climb back up, so we only had time to play for a short while before our time was up. The waterfall is located within a national park, and the environment was beautiful, but unfortunately, the weather was bad that day. The cafe went smoothly and the experience exceeded expectations. The dachshunds there weren't afraid of people at all, just wandering between the tables, but it didn't bother us while we ate. I'm afraid of dogs, but I found them very cute. The environment was also very nice, and the food was delicious; Chiang Mai is known for its friendly prices. At the paper park, the driver forgot to give us the itinerary after we got off, preventing us from entering. We couldn't find the driver afterward, and finally had to contact customer service to get him back. After communicating with them, we were able to enter, wasting another 10 minutes. Because of the rain, we only experienced decorating notebooks at the Paper Park. The place wasn't big, and it was just so-so; it really doesn't seem like a special trip worthwhile. The timing was very problematic, indicating a lack of communication between customer service and the driver.
