Great service and price. Our luggage delayed for 2 hours and they waited for us. They only charged extra parking ticket as waiting time which was reasonable. I will get their services again.

It was a great experience. I managed to snag a buy-one-get-one-free ticket for Trip.com's Hong Kong leg, which averaged out to just HK$50 per trip, cheaper than any other option. It only took 24 minutes to get from Central to the airport, super fast! The experience was excellent. I'll definitely keep an eye out for these flash sales in the future and recommend it to my friends!

Reviews: Skyliner Keisei railway ticket (Tokyo airport express: Narita International Airport-Ueno/Nippori) [optional+Tokyo subway discount package]
Guest User2026-08-12
Taking the Skylier from the airport to Ueno, Tokyo was very convenient and comfortable. I bought my ticket through Trip.com and exchanged it for a physical ticket at the airport counter, avoiding queues and saving a lot of time! I'll definitely take the Skylier again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Reviews: Osaka Nankai Electric Railway Rapi:t one-way e-ticket from Kansai Airport to Osaka Namba/Shin-Imamiya/Tengachaya Station

I didn't realize it was on time and almost got on the wrong train... but after seeing the people waiting, I waited, saw the train arrive, took my reserved seat, and had a safe ride. I met the Glico man when I arrived in Dotonbori.

Reviews: JR Haruka Kansai Airport Limited Express ticket (e-ticket/physical ticket [requires redemption] optional)
Guest User2026-10-20
So convenient, comfortable, and super fast! 🇯🇵 If you're arriving at Kansai Airport and heading to Kyoto, I highly recommend the Haruka train. We booked our tickets through the app beforehand, which was incredibly convenient – no need to worry about buying tickets on the spot! 😂 It's an express train, a direct ride from the airport to Kyoto without the hassle of changing trains. There's luggage storage, comfortable seats, and the air conditioning is great for a relaxing rest after landing. At first, I was a little worried about getting on the wrong train because Japanese train stations seem so complicated, but after studying the routes beforehand, it wasn't as difficult as I thought. If you're planning a trip to Kyoto, I highly recommend trying the Haruka train. It saves you so much effort dragging your luggage around! 🧳✨ #Haruka #TravelJapan #KyotoTravel #KansaiAirport

Reviews: Tokyo Metro 24/48/72-hour travel pass [Physical ticket/e-ticket/Skyliner Tokyo Airport Express/Tokyo Limousine Bus discount package available]
Guest User2026-10-20
Since learning about the travel pass, I've been making sure to get this for my Tokyo trips. This time around, I opted for the QR code, which was convenient to use as we didn't have to look for a machine to retrieve the physical pass. The only downside to this one would be there is usually only one turnstile with the QR scanner. And some stations, don't recognize the pass so you may have to go through the station booth beside it to pass through. I experienced this in Shibuya station. Other than that, it's convenient and saves you money especially if you're going to different locations in Tokyo.  If buying multiple passes, you can also share the pass to other users so they can use it directly on their phones.
