Extremely satisfied, a very enjoyable trip. Our driver and guide, Brother Wang, contacted us a day in advance to confirm the itinerary and hotel address, and added us on WeChat for easy communication. The itinerary was well-planned, and he promptly resolved any minor issues. He also introduced us to many local delicacies, and there was absolutely no subtle suggestion to shop, nor did he ask for our review. It's rare to find people like that these days. Thumbs up! 👍

The guide and driver could hardly speak any English although it was advertised as English speaking. Luckily we managed to survive with our basic Chinese.

I took two elderly people on a trip, and since they have difficulty walking, I booked this tour. The driver was very attentive, proactively opening doors and helping them get on and off the bus. He also provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, and the itinerary was well-planned, neither rushed nor tiring. He gave suggestions for visiting each attraction and reminded people to avoid grassy areas.

A great trip experience, the chartered car service was excellent, the atmosphere was cheerful throughout the journey, the itinerary was a bit rushed and somewhat dependent on road conditions, but thankfully the pick-up and drop-off service was top-notch and worry-free.
