If there is a discrepancy between the package you booked and your actual vehicle request, the price difference must be settled by the day before the vehicle service. If the vehicle service cannot be provided normally due to untimely payment of the price difference, you will be responsible for any related consequences.
Schedule notice for booking processing
To ensure timely processing of your booking, our standard business hours are from 09:00 to 23:00 China time daily. If you submit a booking outside business hours (23:00 to 09:00 the next day), we will arrange processing before 09:30 on the next working day.
Reminder: About urgent booking
If you submit an urgent booking outside business hours, there may be delays due to manual processing limitations. To avoid affecting your plans, we recommend placing bookings during business hours. If bookings made outside business hours cannot be completed as expected, we appreciate your understanding, and buyers will need to bear the associated risks.
[Child safety seat instructions]
According to the transportation regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, starting from November 1, 2025, children under 8 years old and under 1.35 m in height must use standard child restraint devices (such as child seats) when traveling by car. To fully comply with the regulations and ensure children's travel safety, we offer the following two solutions for your choice: 1. Bring your own qualified seat: You are welcome to bring your own child safety seat that meets the safety standards of your country or region; 2. Rent our service: We can provide child safety seat services at an extra charge of 198 CNY per use per child (non-standard child safety seat). If you need to rent, please inform us through customer support channels before 17:00 the day before your ride to ensure proper arrangements. (Failure to declare in advance or provide a seat may result in the driver refusing service without refund based on safety regulations.)
Car service terms and conditions
1. Free waiting time and overtime fees:
1. Hong Kong local & Hong Kong-Guangdong province car service:
① Free waiting time for airport drop-off/transfer: 30 min. Overtime fee: 200 CNY per 30 min (rounded up to 30 min for any partial period).
② Airport pick-up at Hong Kong airport includes 90 min of free waiting (60 min for airports within Guangdong province), calculated from the actual flight landing time. Overtime is charged at 200 CNY per 30 min (rounded up to 30 min for any partial period).
2. Hong Kong - Macau car service involved:
① Free waiting time for airport drop-off/pick-up: 30 min. Overtime fee: 200 CNY per 30 min (rounded up to 30 min for any partial period).
② For Hong Kong airport pick-up to Macau, a free waiting time of 90 min is provided. For Macau airport pick-up to Hong Kong, a free waiting time of 60 min is provided. The waiting time starts from the actual flight landing time. An extra charge of 250 CNY per 30 min will apply for exceeding the free waiting period (rounded up to 30 min for any partial period).
If you need the driver to continue waiting beyond the free waiting period, please negotiate with the driver in advance and pay the corresponding overtime fee. If an agreement cannot be reached due to the driver's tight schedule for subsequent itineraries, the driver has the right to leave, and the booking fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Nighttime service fee: Standard service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (excluding holidays). Vehicle usage outside standard hours requires an additional nighttime service fee: 100 CNY per trip for local Hong Kong service, 200 CNY per trip for cross-border service. Customers must pay the corresponding nighttime service fee before vehicle usage to continue receiving service.
3. Passenger count, child safety seat occupancy and baggage restrictions:
1. Infants and children will each be counted as 1 person in the total passenger count.
2. The total number of passengers plus baggage must not exceed the vehicle's maximum capacity (including seating and trunk space). If limits are exceeded, the driver has the right to refuse service based on safety and compliance requirements, and passengers will be responsible for any resulting losses.
Iv. Airport meet & greet service description
1. Meet-and-greet airport pick-up service is not included in standard car service. If needed, please contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance to make a reservation.
2. The service fee is CNY 100 per trip. After your booking is confirmed, the driver will wait at the designated area with a pick-up sign bearing your name.
3. Important note:
① Macau international airport does not currently offer meet-and-greet service with name boards due to operational restrictions.
Same-day requests for signage may not be accommodated due to staff scheduling or resource limitations, and on-site additions will not be accepted.
5. Special notes for cross-border car services:
1. From December 1, 2017, all passengers traveling via land ports and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port for round-trip journeys are required to carry their luggage and clear customs independently.
No refund will be issued if the booking is charged in full due to the guest's failure to clear customs smoothly.
3. The driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes at the port. If the waiting time exceeds this limit and the driver cannot contact you, they may leave without refund. If you still need the service, please communicate with the driver in advance. The overtime fee is 200 CNY per 30 minutes (rounded up to 30 minutes for any partial period).
VI. Booking cancellation and modification policy: Once confirmed, bookings cannot be canceled for free due to personal reasons (such as missing flights, oversleeping, ID issues at customs, etc.) and will incur cancellation fees as per the page rules; after confirmation, the vehicle rental duration cannot be changed to ensure service resources are reserved.
7. Additional notes: Prices may increase by 40-50% during holidays/major events with additional overtime fees, subject to confirmation by customer support. The airport pick-up point will be as directed by the driver.
Vehicle type
1. Business 7-seater: Sienna/GL8/Dreamer/Tengshi D9/Alphard/Vellfire 2nd gen or similar vehicles, passenger capacity: 6 people, luggage capacity: 2 pieces of 24-26 inch luggage or 4 pieces of under 24-inch luggage.
2. Premium 7-seater: Vellfire/Alphard third generation/Mercedes-Benz V or equivalent models, capacity: 6 passengers, luggage space for 2 pieces of 24–26-inch or 4 pieces under 24-inch. [Optional upgrade to premium 7-seater requires additional fee of 100–500 CNY, please contact supplier for confirmation.]
3. Other customized vehicle types (vehicle types agreed upon with the supplier before booking/other equivalent vehicle types) subject to confirmation through communication with the supplier.
4. The package states (transfer required), indicating that this package requires a vehicle change/seamless transfer to complete.
5. For unspecified routes (default is direct service without transfers), please contact the supplier for confirmation.
