1. This product is suitable for travelers of all ages. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.

How to use

1. After successful booking, you will receive an e-confirmation voucher. Please carefully check the departure date, meeting time and boarding location.

2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point in Queenstown at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your confirmation document.

3. This product uses fixed meeting points for boarding and does not provide hotel transfer service. Specific meeting point(s) are subject to the confirmation document.

4. Please present your e-confirmation to the driver or staff when boarding. No printed confirmation voucher is required.

5. The bus departs on time. If you are late or fail to arrive on time, no waiting arrangements will be made and the relevant fees will be non-refundable.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Notes

1. This product is a one-way sightseeing bus from Queenstown to Franz Josef Glacier town and does not return to Queenstown.

2. Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of the time stated on your confirmation document.

3. The itinerary time and stops along the way may be adjusted due to weather, road, or transportation conditions, subject to the actual arrangements on the day.

4. There will be rest stops during the bus journey where you can purchase food and drinks and use the restrooms.

5. It is recommended to bring warm, rainproof clothing and wear comfortable, non-slip shoes as mountain weather changes quickly.

6. Fox glacier sightseeing, helicopter flights and other activities are not included in this product. Please book separately if you wish to participate.

7. Free Wi-Fi is available on the bus, but service may be temporarily unavailable in some areas due to local signal coverage limitations.

8. Please bring your e-confirmation when boarding. No printing is required. The quantity and size of luggage must comply with the operator's regulations.

9. In case of bad weather, road closures, or other force majeure factors, the operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or departure time.

10. The itinerary ends at the designated location upon arrival at Franz Josef Glacier town. Please proceed to your accommodation or make arrangements for your onward journey.

Baggage information

1. Each passenger can check in 2 pieces of baggage for free. Each piece must not exceed 20 kg in weight and 158 cm in total dimensions.

2. Each passenger can bring 1 piece of carry-on baggage, with a maximum weight of 5 kg.

3. Whether excess or oversized baggage can be accommodated depends on the remaining space in the vehicle and may incur additional fees.

4. Please do not check in cash, passports, electronic devices, or other valuables. The operator will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

5. Flammable/explosive materials, hazardous goods, weapons, illegal items, and other objects affecting driving safety are prohibited.
