Important info on private charter transfer (please read carefully):
1. This private charter service is point-to-point. Please board and alight at the time and location agreed with customer support. The driver will wait for free for up to 30 mins from the agreed time (for airport pick-up, the airport pick-up standard applies). An overtime waiting fee of CNY 200 per hr will be charged for any additional waiting time, with any duration less than one hr counted as one hr. Please be punctual. (If changes are needed, please contact customer support at least 2 hrs in advance).
To add pick-up or drop-off locations, please contact customer support for a quote. After payment, we will notify the driver to update the itinerary. The free waiting time for additional stops is 15 minutes. Overtime waiting fees will apply if exceeded.
2. If additional waiting time is caused by passenger-related issues such as ID or baggage during customs clearance, there will be a free waiting period of 30 min. A waiting fee of CNY 200 per hr will be charged for any exceeded time, with any duration less than one hr counted as one hr. Normal queuing time for customs clearance is not subject to waiting fees.
3. In case of special circumstances requiring cancellation of pick-up, please notify customer support at least 4 hours in advance. Do not contact the driver to cancel (invalid). Please be aware!
Important info on airport transfer:
1. Please provide your flight number. The airport pick-up service will be arranged based on the actual flight status. The driver will check the actual arrival time of the flight and pick you up accordingly. The waiting time starts from the actual landing time at the arrival airport. There is a 60-minute free waiting period at Shenzhen airport and a 90-minute free waiting period at Hong Kong airport. Passengers must board the vehicle as soon as possible after landing.
If you fail to board on time (including but not limited to baggage delays, customs queues at the airport, etc.), a waiting fee of CNY 200 per hour will be charged, with any duration less than one hour counted as one hour. Please be advised. The airport pick-up location is generally at the airport parking lot.
2. Our quoted price covers the driver's normal working hours from 7:00 to 22:00. An overtime fee of CNY 100 will be charged for services provided between 22:00 and 24:00, CNY 200 between 00:00 and 5:00, and CNY 100 for driver overtime between 5:00 and 7:00. Please be advised.
