The brand new vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The driver picked us up and was very friendly, explaining each attraction, helping us buy tickets and giving directions. He was incredibly helpful, and we enjoyed every attraction. Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai were particularly beautiful, and the scenery along the way was stunning. It was definitely worth it, and the driver drove very smoothly. This tour was affordable and highly recommended! 👍👍👍

This was a very well organised trip! Mr Da Yang our driver took such good care of us. Even though he couldn’t speak English, he communicated with us using the WeChat in app translation feature which was very effective - communication on meet up times and locations were very clear. If you’re looking for a relaxed trip where you don’t feel rushed and don’t feel the need for a heavily guided tour, this will be perfect for you. Lunch was really good too - home style Chinese food, very tasty. Using WeChat is a must of course for a seamless experience with the driver and company. Overall, it was wonderful and unforgettable. Thank you so much!

Today we took a day trip from Shangri-La to Tiger Leaping Gorge and Baishuitai, and then drove back to Lijiang. The driver was very kind; since we were staying nearby, he picked everyone up and dropped us off. We were a small group of six, but one woman was very irritable from the start. Everyone departed on time, and we assumed she was just upset about being delayed by picking up other people. However, when we arrived at the park entrance, she became agitated, feeling cheated. She insisted that even though we paid the same ticket price as other tour groups, she wouldn't buy one with us, and then insisted on having her ticket checked herself, claiming we'd been ripped off by 10 yuan… The driver was speechless the whole time. If she had chosen a larger group, she probably would have been attacked by some brave travelers. On the way back, we happened to see her filing a complaint on the platform… It was truly unbelievable! She's doing a great hike; no one could cheat her out of a penny… She probably isn't happy in her daily life… I hope the platform will treat this driver fairly and not listen to the slanderous accusations against him!

Amazing hike—You MUST do the 18k route! I had an incredible time on this hike and highly recommend it! If you are thinking about booking this, you should definitely do the 18k "New to Old" trip. The scenery is breathtaking, and it was so much fun. The tour was incredibly well-organized. Both the driver and the guide were super friendly and sociable, making the whole day really enjoyable. A huge shoutout to our guide, who was incredibly patient with the group. He did a fantastic job adjusting the pace based on the slowest person, which made the high altitude so much more manageable. He set a good manageable pace. We were the first group to make it back and didn’t feel exhausted! He also knew all the best spots and helped us take really cool photos! Overall, an excellent experience.
