Usage date = activation date = effective date (activated at 10:00 AM Los Angeles time)
Please confirm the date of use before purchasing this eSIM. Refund requests due to "unsupported date changes" will not be accepted.
If you need to modify the date of use (activation date)
1. Postponement (new date > original date): Contact customer support at least 3 days in advance to modify. Date changes within 3 days are not supported.
2. Early use (new date < original date): You must contact customer support at least 24 hours in advance to make changes (e.g., to change from October 1 to September 30, you need to contact customer support before 9:00 AM on September 29, GMT-7). Changes cannot be made to activate on the same day. Except for the same day, changes to other dates can generally be processed successfully.
The phone number of this eSIM is a mobile circulation number and may not support registering apps that require phone number verification, such as Uber (if you already have an account in the app, you can use it normally).
eSIM device requirements
Device version: The device is not a Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan version; some models in Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan do not support eSIM functionality.
System version: The system must meet the following version requirements: iOS 12.1 or later/Android 9 or later.
Internet standard: The phone is an unlocked version, meaning it does not restrict the use of other overseas carrier networks.
Internet conditions: Before downloading the eSIM profile, ensure you have a stable Internet connection via Wi-Fi or physical SIM card.
(Adding an eSIM is highly susceptible to Internet and signal interference, which may cause installation failure. Please perform the action in an area with good Internet connection. If the first attempt fails, you may retry multiple times.)
eSIM status: Some devices require clearing the eSIM number in use. Due to varying storage space occupied by eSIM profiles from different carriers, most models cannot load multiple eSIM files simultaneously.
