How to redeem:
- Please present the e-voucher
- The official e-ticket will be sent to your email one day before your booked visit date. Please check your inbox (including the spam folder) before your visit.
- If your selected time slot is fully booked, your entry time to the Louvre Museum may be adjusted to 30 minutes before or 1 hour after your original scheduled visit time. Please check the details on your admission ticket sent to you.
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the time shown on the ticket, you will need to follow the same entry and waiting conditions as other travelers.
Using audio guide:
- Download the app: Please download the app to your smartphone before your visit. With this, you can use the audio guide.
- Download the museum audio guide: After installing the app, be sure to download the Louvre Museum audio guide to your phone when connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. Even if there is no Internet in the museum, you can listen to the guide during your visit.
