How to use

1. Real-name verification takes about 10 minutes. After the supplier issues the confirmation voucher, the QR code will be sent to you via the Trip.com app message interface. When you arrive at the corresponding lounge, present the QR code to redeem. You can also tap "Customer support - supplier online support" to view the confirmation voucher. (Do not use the Trip.com booking to enter the lounge directly.) 2. For immediate-use bookings, the QR code confirmation voucher will be sent about 10 minutes after payment. For bookings not for immediate use, we will send the electronic QR code confirmation voucher about 1 hour before your scheduled arrival time. If you have any special requests, please contact online support.

Change & cancellation policies

1. Lounge staff will check your passport, boarding pass and e-voucher, and verify that the name in English is correct before redemption. Therefore, please provide the exact name in English as shown on your flight ticket or boarding pass when placing the booking.

2. Most VIP lounges are located airside. If you have a request to check in early to access the lounge, please contact your airline for early check-in arrangements as we are unable to provide this information.

3. The lounge does not operate on a reservation system. If the lounge is full due to special circumstances, please wait patiently in line. As lounge usage fluctuates, we cannot predict the number of guests at your arrival time.
